What exactly does INSIDE INTERACTIVE do?
We are a full-service digital agency in Frankfurt am Main — since 1999, with more than 2,600 projects delivered. We handle web design and portal solutions, online and trade marketing, sales enablement and AI visibility. From strategy through design and development to day-to-day operations, you get everything from one team.
Do you only work with clients from Frankfurt and the region?
No. Frankfurt is home, but we serve clients across Germany and internationally — from Longue Vie Hotels to Nexen Tire Europe. Most collaboration happens digitally anyway; for workshops and kick-offs we're happy to come to you.
What size of company do you suit?
From mid-sized businesses to large corporations. Size isn't what matters — whether a project creates real value is. Mid-sized companies in particular benefit from having design, technology, marketing and AI in one dependable place instead of coordinating a dozen suppliers.
Services & Technology
Which systems and technologies do you use?
For websites and portals we work with WordPress, TYPO3 and custom development; for shops with Shopware and WooCommerce among others; for CRM with HubSpot. We build apps for iOS and Android. The choice always follows your requirements — never the other way round.
Do you also handle maintenance and support after launch?
Yes. For us a launch is the beginning, not the end. We offer maintenance, updates, ongoing development and performance tracking — so your presence stays secure, current and effective.

How does a project run with you?
In clear phases: listening and advising, concept and strategy, design, development, launch — followed by support and performance tracking. You have one dedicated contact throughout and always know where your project stands.
What does a website or a portal cost?
It depends on scope — a lean corporate website is a different animal from a portal with login, self-service and ERP integration. That's why we don't quote flat rates; after a short intro call we prepare a transparent, comprehensible proposal.
AI & Visibility
What does AI visibility (AIO) mean?
More and more people ask ChatGPT, Gemini or Google AI Overviews instead of a classic search engine. AI optimisation (AIO) makes sure those models know your company, describe it correctly and recommend it. With our own platform AISonar we measure whether and how you appear in AI answers.
What is INSIDE AI — and how is it connected to you?
INSIDE AI is our own AI brand. It bundles everything around artificial intelligence: AI visibility (AIO), Advisor AI and AI Decision. Behind it stands the same team with more than two decades of agency experience.
Are your AI solutions GDPR-compliant?
Yes. Our AI systems are GDPR-compliant and hosted in the EU; a data processing agreement (DPA) is included from day one. Data protection isn't an afterthought for us — it's a knockout criterion when selecting any solution.
